Brandy, triple sec and bitters shaken cold, strained into a glass, then topped with rose prosecco. Built for a toast, and it looks far more expensive than the six ingredients it takes.
5 steps, about 5 minutes start to finish.
Combine Brandy, Triple Sec, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a glass (no ice).
Top with rose Prosecco or sparkling wine to desired height.
Garnish with an orange slice or clementine segment.
“Shake the brandy, Triple Sec, and bitters with ice, then strain into the glass with no ice before topping with the bubbly. Pour the sparkling wine slowly so it doesn't foam over the rim.”
